Yoga Hikes (Spring-Fall)

Hiking + Yoga has become a platform to get people in their bodies, explore their community and enjoy the beauty of nature and friends.

In intervals our certified Yoga Instructors will set a heart-pumping pace towards beautiful vistas, then provide beneficial yoga instruction suitable for all levels.

The Yoga class is approximately 90 minutes in duration, designed to stretch, strengthen, and re-focus breath. Reconnect with important layers of your life - health, friends, nature and community.
